Isabel Celestine, Countess of Isla Maréchal and Founder of the Order of the Silver Rose
The most legendary Erathian sky captain in all of Erathia, during the War of the Black Hand. Isabel would, after many years, eventually marry Prince Marius of Erathia and somewhat settle down, but not before she and her fantastic warship Celesti Anna struck such terror into the hearts of the pirates of Pirdia that they would speak her name only in hushed whispers and refused to approach within a hundred leagues of Isla Maréchal.

I LOVE this piece, and I think you did a lovley job. Your anatomy is very good, especially the hands, which is really hard to achieve. I like all of the designs, and her clothing is very well done. What i would suggest you to try to put more depth into the lines and curves of the clothing by adding more of a solid shade to the creases in the clothing and the cape.
If i also might add, it might be good to practice on wood, and other backgrounds.(But i personally think you did the background very well, it has a lot of detail and the clouds are a wonderful touch.) But, Backgrounds and other objects are hard to get perfect, they always take time.
So KEEP IT UP!
